We’re looking for a Senior Client Advisor – Luxury Retail who thrives in a consultative, high-touch sales environment and enjoys working with premium clientele.

Your Role:

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be the face of LUXL for our clients, guiding them from inspiration to installation.

What you’ll do:

• Engage with HNI/UHNI clients in a consultative, non-pushy manner
• Understand client lifestyles, spaces, and design preferences
• Recommend luxury furniture, bespoke solutions, and finishes
• Manage the end-to-end client journey — from showroom visit to final delivery
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project partners
• Build long-term relationships leading to repeat business and referrals

What we're looking for:

• 4–6 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end furniture, interiors, lifestyle, or premium brands
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A refined aesthetic sense and appreciation for design & craftsmanship
• Confidence in dealing with premium clients and large-ticket transactions
• Prior experience in furniture, interiors, real estate, or luxury retail is a strong plus
