About the role
  • As a Senior Client Advisor for Amplifon, you will be co-ordinating diaries and store activities for maximum productivity, and;
  • Coach other Client Advisors in the cluster of clinics assigned
  • Assist the Aera Manager with the recruitment, retention and upskilling of Client Advisors in liaison with the training team
  • Act as a point of reference for the Area Manager in ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Work with the Area Manager, plan the launch of initiatives and support the fast uptake of new processes amongst the cluster CA teams
