The Role

We are looking for a Senior Client Facing Media Buyer with strong experience managing Google and Meta campaigns who can also confidently communicate with clients.

You will own performance strategy and client communication. This role requires both technical skill and leadership. You will lead weekly calls analyze performance and ensure every campaign is optimized for ROI.

You will work closely with our Creative and CRO teams to align ads funnels and automations that scale client revenue month over month.

This role starts remote. Our goal is to transition into a Guadalajara office once secured.

What You Will Do

Manage and scale paid campaigns across Google Meta and YouTube

Lead weekly strategy and performance calls with US based clients

Audit campaigns regularly to improve targeting bids and creative performance

Translate data into clear actionable insights for clients and internal teams

Collaborate with Creative and CRO teams to improve landing page conversion

Track KPIs in ClickUp and deliver clean weekly performance reporting

Own accountability for ROI cost per lead and conversion volume

What You Bring

5 plus years of experience managing Google and Meta campaigns

Experience managing significant monthly ad spend

Strong English communication skills written and spoken

Comfortable leading client calls and owning conversations

Expert knowledge of Google Ads Meta Ads and YouTube Ads

Experience with home services or contractor marketing is a strong plus

Organized detail oriented and comfortable in a fast paced environment

Future in office work in Guadalajara once office is established
