**Role description**
**The opportunity**
As a Client Partner at Unity, you will drive growth across India’s leading enterprises by helping customers build next-generation solutions in AR, VR, digital twins, HMI , Web 3.0, Metaverse, and Industry 4.0. In this fast-growing, collaborative environment, you will own strategic accounts, build a strong pipeline, close complex deals, and expand Unity’s footprint through solution-led selling and partner collaboration. Success will be measured through consistent quota achievement, long-term account growth, and your impact on building a scalable outbound sales engine, while gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and strong career growth opportunities.
**What you'll be doing**
+ Lead digital transformation for global enterprises using cutting-edge AR, VR, Digital Twin, and Industry 4.0 solutions
+ Partner with CXOs and innovation leaders to shape the future of smart manufacturing and industrial ecosystems
+ Drive high-impact enterprise deals that enable next-generation digital platforms and large-scale transformation initiatives
+ Position Unity as a strategic technology partner, not just a vendor, across critical industry verticals
+ Build and scale one of the most influential enterprise sales portfolios in a rapidly evolving digital economy
**What we're looking for**
+ Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles
+ Strong expertise in solution-led and consultative selling across digital and industrial platforms
+ Demonstrated success in building and executing territory and account growth plans
+ Advanced proficiency in CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management tools
+ Experience collaborating with partners and cross-functional teams to drive enterprise revenue growth
**You might also have**
+ Experience selling emerging technologies such as AR/VR, Digital Twin, or Industry 4.0 platforms
+ Exposure to global or multi-region enterprise accounts and matrixed organizations
+ Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales qualification frameworks
+ Experience working with channel partners and system integrators
