Title: Senior Client Relationship Manager

Purpose

To develop manage preserve and enhance the relationship and service provided to clients. To ensure delivery of an exemplary service and contribute towards expanded client revenue goals including assisting in the acquisition of new business.

• Corporate account handling as assigned by EB Director and/or Head of CRM
