Senior Client Services Manager, Carrier Practice

Overview

Manages a portfolio of clients across multiple industries with a focus on construction, acting as the primary point of contact while proactively aligning resources, developing service plans, leading meetings, and using data and product expertise to deliver strong outcomes. Collaborates with leadership and operations to support client initiatives, drive retention and profitability, manage pricing trade-offs, mitigate risk, execute projects, and mentor team members as needed. How you'll make an impact May manage up to 25 dedicated clients, depending on complexity and/or client requirements. Book of business may cover multiple industries, but with focus in select industry (or industries).
