Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight of assigned UBC projects, ensuring timely delivery of contracted services and achievement of project milestones.
• Lead planning, coordination, and completion of project work, managing day‑to‑day operations for European and multinational global studies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk management plans, site management & monitoring plans, training plans, and communication plans.
• Coordinate project meetings (investigator meetings, client meetings, internal governance meetings) and serve as the primary sponsor contact.
