What You Will Build

  • Automated AWS infrastructure using Terraform and reusable modules
  • Production-grade EKS clusters (scaling, node groups, networking, resilience)
  • Observability stack with Datadog (dashboards, alerts, SLOs, traces, logs)
  • CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins / ArgoCD for microservices and platform components
  • Reliable multi-region cloud services for video, logs, analytics, and backend APIs
  • Automated failover, DR, backup lifecycle, and cost-optimized architectures
  • New AWS regions/environments as part of global expansion (EU, Korea, US)

    • What You Will Own

  • AWS infrastructure design, scaling, and reliability (VPC, TGW, ALB/NLB, IAM, KMS, ECS/EKS, RDS, OpenSearch, MSK/Kafka)
  • Automation for provisioning, deployments, and platform operations
  • Datadog monitoring, dashboards, metric pipelines, and MTTR reduction
  • Security hardening (IAM guardrails, least privilege, container security, network policy)
  • CI/CD improvements enabling faster and safer releases
  • SRE-style operational excellence: SLIs/SLOs, incident response, root cause analysis
  • Contribution to SOC2, DR, backup strategy, and cloud governance

    • What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Strong AWS engineer with 5+ years building/operating production infrastructure
  • Deep experience with:AWS core networking (VPC, VPN, TGW, subnets, routing)EKS, Kubernetes, Helm, autoscaling, containerized workloadsTerraform (modules, workspaces, multi-region automation)CI/CD (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub/GitLab CI)Linux, Bash/Python scriptingMonitoring/observability (Datadog strongly preferred)
  • Experience with:Kafka/MSKOpenSearch/ElasticsearchGlobal environments (multiple regions/accounts)
  • Ability to debug complex production issues across infra, networks, and services
  • Strong communication and collaboration across India/US/Korea teams
  • Ownership mindset: you build it, automate it, and improve it continuously

    • Responsibilities

  • Architect, deploy, and support AWS environments for Dev/QA/Prod
  • Build, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters using automation
  • Improve reliability, MTTR, and overall platform performance
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code for all cloud services
  • Build monitoring/alerting and lead incident response with SRE best practices
  • Support global engineering teams releasing new services & features
  • Influence cloud standards, architecture patterns, and best practices
  • Mentor junior engineers & raise the engineering bar across the team
  • Contribute to SOC2 security controls, evidence automation, and compliance
  • Participate in a follow-the-sun on-call rotation (not shift work)

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 7–10 years in Cloud/DevOps/SRE roles
  • AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Linux certifications a plus
  • Experience with modern observability, GitOps, and SRE practices highly preferred
