Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

Location: Southern Central Region
Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:30am – 6:00pm / Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimise Azure and on-prem infrastructure across compute, storage, and virtualisation platforms
• Drive automation, configuration management, and platform standardisation to improve system stability and performance
• Perform security patching, access control, system hardening, and compliance monitoring in line with IM8 and enterprise standards
• Provide L2/L3 incident support, including root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Support containerisation, hybrid cloud, and modernisation initiatives aligned with government technology strategies
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability frameworks, including SOPs and technical documentation
