Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Answering/Troubleshooting on technical queries and dealing US clients via calls & Emails.
- Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis.
- Providing technical support to customers or end-users who are using Windows server-based systems.
- Managing and maintaining Windows server environments, including servers, applications, and databases.
- Responding to tickets raised by customers or end-users and ensuring that they are resolved within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Managing and maintaining Active Directory, including creating and managing user accounts, groups, and permissions.
- Good customer handling skills (written & verbal).
- Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows and applications problems to help minimize downtime.
