Role : Manages the day-to-day operations of all shifts on one or more manufacturing production lines.

• Manage staffing, development, and performance management programs for operations staff; lead, motivate, and develop the management team.
• Oversee operations activities to ensure safety, schedules, and performance requirements are met; optimize use of system resources.
