YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Execute collection activities efficientlyand effectively in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure collection of missed oroutstanding payments from clients are minimized.
  • Responsible for the cashcollection of a designated customer portfolio using dedicated software/ systemsand resolve billing disputes in a manner that is fair and timely.
  • Focus on managingportfolio of receivable accounts and ensure aged balances remain within the setbusiness targets
    Update bad debtsprovision, prepare analysis on debts and monitor account performance
  • Prepare reconciliation ofaccounts and resolve discrepancies which arise
  • Prepare scheduled /ad hoc financial analysis reports
