Senior Command Center Manager

Northeast Security is hiring for a Senior Command Center Manager for our premiere client out of Boston, MA! 

 Lead and oversee a high-volume 24/7 Command Center supporting 90+ properties. This role manages emergency dispatch, CCTV monitoring, access control systems, biopharmaceutical temperature alarm monitoring, and maintenance ticket coordination. Responsible for managing a supervisor and command center officers on each shift while ensuring rapid response, compliance, and operational excellence.
