The Commercial Excellence Analyst (m/f/d) is responsible for facilitating process and tools to support performance excellence in Sales Cadence, IBP Commercial Management Cadence and Value Creation deployment in the Region DACH & Nordics.
Your Tasks:Facilitate and advance monthly IBP cadence, check the data quality and find the risk and opportunitiesDrive Demand Plan forecasting to ensure accuracy for planning and finance forecastingProvide analytics and insights that drive commercial teams to improve or maximize execution and resultsFollow up value creation activities with commercial Excellence and Customer Experience Managers, collect, report and champion the advancements monthlyLead execution of Gross Margin improvement activitiesSubject matter expert for sales excellence tools and processes relative to data management and associated KPIsSuccess in this role is measured by turning data to actionable insights and negotiate with customers to enable success probability of the customer experience teamYour Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration or equivalentMinimum 5 years experience in performance managementAnalytical skills and proficiency in MS ExcelAbility to speak and write in German and English FluentlyTeam oriented, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as problem solvingExperience/ track of record in an analytical and/or project management role, working with data to identify trends
