Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Sales Professional with a proven track record and an established network in the commercial market. This role is designed for someone who already has strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, developers, consultants, and general contractors and understands how to sell integrated HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions.

This is a relationship-driven role focused on strategic growth, large projects, and long-term accounts — not entry-level prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing commercial relationships to generate immediate opportunities.

  • Identify, pursue, and close large-scale commercial projects including HVAC, boiler, rooftop, plumbing, and electrical scopes.

  • Drive sales across new builds, retrofits, replacements, and service contracts.
