Wood is recruiting for a Senior Commissioning Engineer to join its Projects team in Salalah, Oman


  • Minimum qualification for this position is a Bachelor's degree in Process/Chemical Engineering.
  • Have an overall +15 experiences in operations, process and C & SU activities.
  • Possesses solid technical experience in C & SU activities for similar related projects.
  • Have project engineering practices, interface and construction backboard experiences.
  • Possess technical abilities to review and draft C&SU procedures, plans, philosophies, preparing presentations, etc…
  • Knowledge of operational and engineering best practices.
  • Good knowledge of CMS and PSSR.
  • Computer knowledge in MS Office applications like MS Word, MS excel etc.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Possess analytical thinking.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • English Language strong communication, verbal and written skills.
  • Presentation and Coaching Skills. Ability to work in a diverse culture. Should be able to work at site in generally harsh climatic conditions.
