Senior Communications Project Coordinator
As senior project coordinator, this position provides project and software management, as well as administrative support for the communications team.
Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage project entry and project timelines in team software.
Serve as lead for project management software (Workfront) which entails working closely with IT to integrate technical and practical aspects of the system, developing and implementing standard processes and procedures, and training staff on how to use the system.
Develop and manage project entry and project timelines for the stewardship and events teams. Facilitate weekly project timeline and update meetings.
Assist in the scheduling and coordination of video and photography for special projects.
Co-lead the communications team orientation for new employees.
