Senior Compensation Advisor - Remote

**While this opportunity is primarily remote, the position will require an in-office presence 1–2 days per week at our Montreal office for team collaboration and meetings**

Telecon is seeking a motivated, career-oriented Senior Compensation Advisor to lead activities across the annual compensation cycle, prepare analyses and reports, and maintain essential compensation and governance files.

This position requires fluency in both French and English to support French- and English-speaking clients. The role involves daily reading, writing, and verbal communication in both languages.
