Responsibilities

  • Lead concept and supervise schematic design stages
  • Develop design narratives massing and spatial concepts
  • Produce high-quality concept presentations and visuals
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
  • Mentor junior architects
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and project briefs

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture
  • 812 years experience with strong concept design focus
  • Experience in large-scale residential/mixed-use projects
  • Strong design portfolio
  • UAE/Middle East experience preferred

Software & Tools

AutoCAD Revit SketchUp/Rhino Adobe Suite; visualization tools

Required Experience

  • Senior IC
