In the context of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Program Executive Office for Cyber and Networks Directorate, HN refers to the Program Executive Office for Cyber and Networks Directorate itself. HN is the organization that awarded the EPASS 73 Task Order to Applied Research Solutions, Inc. (ARS).
