Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Senior Construction Architect for our client, a highly regarded design firm in San Francisco! This is a wonderful full-time, direct-hire position with benefits.
What you'll be doing:
- Serve as the firm’s representative during the construction phase, ensuring that design intent is maintained and projects progress smoothly from a design perspective.
- Review and process all construction documentation, including submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and change orders, while maintaining detailed records of project communications, field observations, and negotiation outcomes.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, verify adherence to specifications, and identify potential issues before they impact the schedule or budget.
