Responsibilities

• Produce, present and defend construction cost plans and estimates for key infrastructure clients, covering complex engineering projects from feasibility/concept design through to detailed design and pre‑tender estimates.
• Review, validate cost submissions from General Contractors within a Progressive Design Build contractual environment as part of Target Cost/Price Development.
• Challenge General Contractor cost build‑ups and assumptions when necessary.
• Provide costings of options and present them during project optioneering stages.
