Overview
Chubb requires an experienced engineer to provide professional engineering advice to our Construction underwriting and claims teams, with the aim of improving underwriting profitability and assisting in portfolio development and new business opportunities. The role focuses on business written within Continental Europe, Middle East and North Africa (CEMENA).
Location & Reporting
The position is based in Dubai supporting the CEMENA region, primarily the Middle East and North Africa, and reports to the Regional Head of Natural Resources & Construction Risk Engineering for CEMENA.
Responsibilities
- Provide risk management advice with loss estimates, using objective communication.
- Develop and implement tools to control and reduce financial risk.
- Maintain continuous professional engineering knowledge and resources.
