Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Construction Equipment Mechanic** to join our vehicle sustainment team in **Kadena AB, Japan** . The selected candidate will provide cradle-to-grave maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of U.S. Air Force War Reserve Materiel (WRM) and Rapid Airfield Damage Recovery (RADR) vehicles and equipment postured within the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) area of operations on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Performs cradle-to-grave maintenance operations on U. S. Air Force WRM and RADR vehicle and equipment fleet assets.
+ Performs preventative maintenance and special inspections as required and determines the overall mechanical condition of vehicles and equipment. Understands all requirements to meet asset “safe and serviceable” condition.
