Estimator Position

We seek an experienced professional to lead the estimation process for large-scale construction projects using BIM techniques.

  • Analyze tender documents, identifying key project requirements and constraints.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying with 5–7 years of experience in estimation, tendering, or related fields. They must possess excellent analytical skills combined with effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Candidates should be well-versed in developing comprehensive pricing strategies that align with client expectations while considering budget targets.
