Senior Construction Estimator

Job Description Job Description The Senior Estimator is responsible for leading the preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for complex projects. This role involves reviewing project plans and specifications, conducting site visits, analyzing labor, materials, and time requirements, and developing competitive bids. The Senior Estimator collaborates with project managers, general contractors, design teams, and clients to ensure cost-effective and compliant proposals. They also mentor junior estimators and contribute to strategic pricing and risk assessment decisions. Duties/Responsibilities: Able to perform all Masonry/Stucco/EIFS Estimator responsibilities. Be well versed in different assemblies and assembly components for masonry, stucco, EIFS, Stone, and Waterproofing. The ability to estimate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
