Senior Construction Estimator

Overview

Are you a Senior Estimator or ambitious Estimator with experience bidding (and winning) commercial interior projects? You have about 5+ years of successful commercial interior construction project estimation experience, and you are detail-oriented and focused in your approach to projects.

Responsibilities

• Work within the estimating team and collaborate with project management and business development staff within the corporate office to estimate project costs.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers and create and maintain a file of approved vendors.
• Review contracts and strategically bid and win work.
• Be an integral part of the estimating team, working closely with all project stakeholders to bid, win, and deliver quality, profitable projects.
