LandingPad is a boutique real estate group specialising in construction, brokerage, and proprietary investments. Our design-led construction projects range from renovations to new builds, including townhouses, apartment buildings, and villas. The team currently includes 10 construction managers with backgrounds in architecture and civil engineering, 65 in-house foremen and site workers, and a network of specialist subcontractors. Many projects are delivered as design + build, with external architects and designers working directly alongside our project team.

About the role

We are recruiting a Senior Construction Manager to join our team in Lisbon. This is a senior, strategic role with a high level of responsibility and impact on the delivery of medium to large-scale residential and commercial projects.
