Job Description
  • Responsible for initiating, planning, coordinating and managing projects
  • Involve in all stages of projects from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, tender documentation review, construction to handover
  • Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards
  • Work with consultants to secure all necessary authorities' approvals, planning and technical clearances
  • Lead, manage and coordinate closely with consultants, contractors and site team to deliver results
  • Other project management duties assigned
  • Possess good degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management
  • Qualification must be Recognized by PE Board.
  • Good team player with strong leadership skills
