Senior Consultant - Banking & Insurance

A multinational technology services firm is seeking a Senior Consultant to support business growth and delivery initiatives within the Banking & Insurance sector across LATAM.

• Engage with financial services clients from early-stage discussions through project launch and stabilization.
• Oversee and coordinate technology-driven initiatives to ensure delivery quality, client satisfaction and long-term account development.
• Drive business development activities in banking and insurance, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key financial institutions.
• Support regional pipeline alignment across LATAM, coordinating priorities between countries.
• Contribute to industry positioning through value propositions, client narratives and sector-focused messaging.

• Solid experience within banking and/or insurance environments.
• Professional background in technology consulting or similar settings (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Core Banking platforms, digital transformation initiatives).
• Demonstrated involvement in project delivery, with hands-on exposure to execution challenges and client management.
• Strong functional understanding of financial services processes (core operations, risk, finance, compliance, etc.).
• Ability to operate seamlessly between commercial strategy and execution.
• Results-driven mindset with a long-term, value-building approach.
• High level of autonomy, initiative and regional perspective.
• Fluent professional English.
