An experienced consulting professional with good understanding of the solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
Minimum 6+ years of total experience relevant to this position including 5+ years of project leading experience.
+ Full lifecycle NetSuite ERP Project/Delivery Management experience, from requirement development / definition to functional solution design, implementation, system testing, user acceptance testing, go-live and service management.
+ Project leading experience in a consulting / IT services environment.
+ Good understanding of NetSuite, architectures, concepts and its service offerings.
+ Good understanding of Industry solution (at least one Industry) and implementation aspects of engagement, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget; act as the domain guide on projects, providing coaching, mentoring, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members; effectively communicate with management of customer organizations; develop and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
+ Should have experience in leading offshore/onshore delivery team (functional and/or technical) with execution capability on the delivery of NetSuite, QuickBooks, Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce.com, Upshot, ACT, Goldmine, MAS 90, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards etc to extend and integrate with ERP.
+ Apply Oracle delivery methodology, processes, and leading best processes.
+ Having NetSuite certifications is added advantage. CA/CPA/MBA background is an added advantage.
+ **Strong experience in one of the following verticals or domains: WMS, Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, Services, Retail, General Business.**
+ **Broad industry vertical experience in either or both of the following sectors: manufacturing and wholesale distribution.**
+ Strong business writing skills and verbal communication.
+ Strong analytical abilities and experience in quantitative project management, including financials and metrics.
+ Strong people and team management experience. Must have experience in front facing and leading customer calls.
+ Ready to work in North America shift - 6 pm to 3 am IST.
**Responsibilities**
Responsibilities include:
+ Gather and document customer business requirements.
+ Work with customers to configure NetSuite software to support customer business requirements.
+ Architect solutions for complex business requirements which may include complex configurations and/or complex technical components.
+ Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite.
+ Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations.
+ Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members.
+ Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery.
+ Achieve or exceed billable utilization targets.
+ Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications.
+ Support the sales cycle through solution review and feedback, and assistance with scoping and estimation.
