Consultant/Senior Consultant, Commercial Analytics

What will you be a part of?
The Commercial Consulting Analytics (CCA) team at Zoom Rx is dedicated to helping clients tackle complex commercial challenges that cannot be effectively addressed using primary data alone. Their expertise lies in integrating secondary data and often combining it with primary data to deliver comprehensive insights. The team employs best-in-class analytic methodologies and techniques to solve these problems, ensuring clients receive high-quality, actionable solutions.
Roles/Responsibilities:
We are looking for experienced analytics professional, who can handle pharmaceutical commercial analytics projects likely to focused heavily on sales force analytics but also patient data analysis, promotional optimization and brand performance analytics.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work closely on integrating primary market research assets with secondary healthcare data streams, including but not limited to claims, digital marketing, CRM, and other real-world data sources to uncover valuable client insights
Responsibilities include use case generation, building analytical models, and building presentations for relevant stakeholders
Establish and document best practices for cleaning, processing, integration, and analysis of patient-level pharmaceutical claims data
Derive analytical solutions and business rules to address key business questions from pharmaceutical clients
Contributed to projects involving the development of response curves and well-versed strategies, utilizing optimization techniques as part of a comprehensive marketing mix analysis
Develop solutions for integration of patient-level claims data with existing primary market research data sets using SQL querying
Knowledge of statistics and ability to run predictive / machine learning models in R/Python.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Monitoring and management of extensive Zoom Rx internal data assets including but not limited to:
Serving as a data custodian to facilitate the resolution of business issues and develop enterprise data models and dictionaries, translating business needs into long-term architecture solutions.
Overseeing and governing the expansion of existing data architecture and the optimization of data query performance via best practices.
Creation of best practices regarding collection, storage, integration, and dissemination of disparate and complex primary and secondary data streams by working closely with the Tech team.
Qualifications:
BE/BTech/MTech/MBA (optional) with 4+ years of experience.
Proficiency in handling small and large datasets through Excel/VBA, MS Access/SQL Server, Python or R.
Intermediate understanding of APLD (claims data) and primary market research data
Basic knowledge of statistics and ability to run predictive/machine learning models in R/Python
Experience in data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View(anyone)
Ability to justify, defend and debate design and development choices.
Ability to manage small teams to develop targets over extended timelines
Excellent communication skills, including comfort in communicating technical expertise directly with non-experts.
