The Senior Consultant, DC Pensions & ESOPs is responsible for assisting with the managing of the design, development, communication and governance of the Bank’s Defined Contribution (DC) Pension and Employee Share Ownership Plans globally.

+ Support the review of pension policies and policy decisions, including research of competitive market information to assist in policy decisions and analyzing implications of policy changes. Manages the preparation of presentation material on plan decisions and strategy for management.
