Join MHP India as a Senior Consultant, Frontend and you will own significant frontend domains, drive architectural choices (Angular vs. React trade-offs), improve performance and accessibility at scale, and mentor engineers. You’ll shape patterns for state management, SSR, testing, and release hygiene.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own and evolve major UI modules and shared component libraries across Angular and React repos.

  • Define patterns for state management, routing, forms, in, and error handling.

  • Champion Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP): code-splitting, lazy-loading, prefetching, image/CDN strategy.

  • Lead SSR/SSG adoption (Next.js, Angular Universal), caching and hydration strategies.

  • Enforce ay at scale: semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard navigation, automated audits.

  • Improve CI/CD for frontend (preview environments, visual regression testing, canary releases).

  • ntroduce observability for the client (RUM, error tracking, tracing) and set SLOs for UI.

  • Mentor SDE1/SDE2 engineers; lead design reviews; collaborate with design/product/BE leads.

  • Contribute to micro-frontend or monorepo strategies (Nx, Module Federation) where appropriate.

  • Ensure security posture in the browser: CSP, XSS protection, dependency governance (OWASP/Dependabot).

    Required Skills & Experience

  • TypeScript: 5+ years; advanced typing, DX improvements, API contracts.

  • Angular (v+) and React (Hooks, Context, Suspense): 4–6+ years.

  • State management at scale: NgRx/Signals, Redux/RTK, Zustand, React Query/Apollo.

  • SSR/SSG expertise: Next.js, Angular Universal; edge/caching patterns (CDN/CloudFront/Netlify).

  • Testing strategy leadership: Jest, RTL, Cypress/Playwright, Storybook + Chromatic/visual tests.

  • Tooling: Nx monorepos, Webpack/Vite, ESBuild/SWC, ESLint, Prettier.

  • Performance profiling and budgeting; bundle analysis (Source Map Explorer, Webpack Bundle Analyzer).

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Design system governance (tokens, theming, Figma integration).

  • GraphQL schema design; codegen workflows (Apollo/urql).

  • Feature flags/experimentation (LaunchDarkly, Optimizely), analytics (Amplitude, GA4).
