What will you do:
The Consultant - HR Systems is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of HR-related projects, system developments, and ongoing support. This role involves leading end-to-end HR system implementations, ensuring scalable and efficient system designs, and maintaining compliance with legal and statutory requirements. The incumbent will manage a team to deliver high-quality HR technology solutions aligned with business objectives, optimize system performance, manage change processes, and collaborate with stakeholders for seamless execution.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End HR System Support:
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of HR systems (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Time Management).
- Provide technical expertise and leadership in system configurations, troubleshooting, and process enhancements.
- Ensure system readiness for legal and statutory compliance concerning HR operations.
2. Solution Design & System Optimization:
- Design and implement scalable, efficient HR system solutions that align with business objectives. Continuously identify areas for improvement, implement enhancements, and optimize system performance.
- Drive the automation of HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Training & Support:
- Develop and conduct training programs for system users to maximize adoption and usability.
- Provide ongoing support to HR teams, resolving system-related challenges and ensuring smooth operations.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Change
Functional/Technical Competencies:
- Expertise in SAP HR Modules: SAP Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management (Leave Application, Time Evaluation, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of SAP and SuccessFactors integration.
- Ability to translate business rules into technical requirements.
- Experience managing payroll and ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization.
Experience:
- 6 years + 3 years related experience on S4 SAP HR and SF.
- Hands-on experience in managing payroll for SEA countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Hongkong, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines).
- Experience of ECC, S4 and SF implementation
Certifications:
SAP HCM & SF certification will be advantages
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
