About the role: The Learning Consultant will partner with the OCM Team, Trainers and Business units subject matter experts and IT functional team to design, support development, delivery and measure learning effectiveness for a Transformation Program. Learning Consultant will collaborate to update learning materials to facilitate achievement of the individual business unit’s and organizational goals pre and post training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis to include audience, role/task and training environment
• Provide training development support and oversight of instructional designers
• Develop the training strategy and curriculum
• Develop the course catalog
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions
• Update training materials per business unit requirements
