Senior Consultant-LearningAbout the role The Learning Consultant will partner with the OCM Team, Trainers and Business units subject matter experts and IT functional team to design, support development, delivery and measure learning effectiveness for a Transformation Program. Learning Consultant will collaborate to update learning materials to facilitate achievement of the individual business unit’s and organizational goals pre and post training delivery. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Conduct training needs analysis to include audience, role/task and training environment Provide training development support and oversight of instructional designers Develop the training strategy and curriculum Develop the course catalog Conduct train-the-trainer sessionsUpdate training materials per business unit requirements Investigate available training methods and procedures to determine the most effective manner by which to meet specific learning needsProvide general training cont...
