- 8-12 years overall experience, with at least 4 years' relevant experience on Mendix.
- At least worked on Two Mendix solution for a complete Mendix solution (i.e., from development till deployment).
- Experienced in data modelling and structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of communicating complex subjects in a simple fashion.
- To motivate, coach and evaluate the performance of the team members.
- Determining the best practices for developing in Mendix, setting standards and making sure they are executed.
- Experienced as being a part of a Scrum-Agile multi-disciplinary team.
