As a **Senior Consultant (Salesforce Admin)** at Danfoss, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital customer experience. Your expertise will ensure that our Salesforce platform operates seamlessly and evolves continuously to meet business needs. **What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Own the **administration and maintenance** of the Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
+ Manage **user access, security settings, sharing rules** , and enforce best practices.
+ Handle **support tickets** and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to **gather requirements and implement improvements** that drive adoption and efficiency.
+ Perform **proactive system maintenance** , including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and Optimizer.
+ Oversee **sandbox environments, backups** , and integrated applications.
+ Ensure **governance and compliance** across all Salesforce processes.
+ Continuously look for opportunities to **innovate and improve** , embracing new features and updates to keep the platform future-ready.
**What We're Looking For**
+ A **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
+ **5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience** with strong product knowledge.
+ Salesforce **Administrator Certification** and familiarity with triggers/Apex code.
+ A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for **continuous improvement** .
+ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a global team.
