Role: Senior Consultant - SAP APO Supply Network Planning (SNP)

Location: Remote WFH, India

Type: Contract (12 months Contract -extendable)

Experience: 10+ years

Role Overview

Experienced and highly skilled SAP APO Supply Network Planning (SNP) Senior Consultant to design, implement, and optimize complex planning solutions in a global business environment. This role requires a deep technical expertise in SNP Optimizer and Heuristic planning combined with a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and translate complex business requirements into scalable and sound solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Skills- SAP APO-SNP (APO- Supply Network Planning with Optimizer)

• Strong work experience in execution of Sales and operation process in APO environment.
• Design and configuration of SNP network planning in global environment, Planning Areas, Planning Books, and Data Views.
• Work experience in configuration of SNP Optimizer and cost parameters, and master data to meet business priorities.
• Manage and execute Supply planning using SNP Optimizer
• Implement and support Block planning scenario in APO.
• Work experience in Setup Matrix configuration, Setup Groups and Setup Key
• Expertise in CIF setup, monitoring, and resolution of interface issues.
• Strong working experience of ECC Master Data for process manufacturing: BOMs, Production Versions, Master Recipes, Routings, and Resources.
• Working experience in complex custom developments and implement BAdIs within the APO environment.
• Collaborate effectively with PP, SD and other APO teams to ensure seamless end-to-end solution alignment.
• Coordinate closely with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, BW/HANA) for system enhancements and interface development.
• Provide high-level support for production issues, Root Cause Analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proactively identify and propose opportunities for process optimization, scheduling strategies, and planning KPI improvements.

Secondary Skills : SAP APO-PPDS and APO-DP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling and Demand planning)

• Working experience in SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS)configuration, Master data ,custom developments and support.
• Experience with PP-DS Heuristics, PP-DS Optimizer, and Detailed Scheduling processes.

Familiarity with the Demand Planning (DP) process and execution within SAP APO.
