- Application & Production Support (L2/L3)
- Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting
- User Access Management & Security Controls
- System Monitoring & Performance Optimization
- Documentation, Knowledge Base & Training
- SQL Queries, Data Validation & Reporting
- Tools: ServiceNow, JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS 365
The position entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
