Responsibilities

  • Application & Production Support (L2/L3)
  • Incident, Problem & Change Management
  • Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting
  • User Access Management & Security Controls
  • System Monitoring & Performance Optimization
  • Documentation, Knowledge Base & Training
  • SQL Queries, Data Validation & Reporting
  • Tools: ServiceNow, JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS 365

The position entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
