Senior ServiceNow Consultant – Now Assist / (CSM)

  • Type: Full-time

Looking for someone who is responsible for the development and optimization of Now Assist prompts within the ServiceNow CSM module, ensuring accurate, efficient, and context-aware AI-driven outcomes, while contributing to ServiceNow implementations across the full project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow Now Assist GenAI suite
  • Proven hands-on experience creating and optimizing generative AI prompts within ServiceNow
  • Strong expertise in the CSM module
  • 5–7 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations (requirements gathering, development, testing, cutover)
  • 5–7 years of overall IT experience, preferably within multinational environments
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations
