Job Responsibilities

  • Design and configure system solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues during project implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Develop functional design documents, process flow diagrams, and user manuals.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and provide go-live and post-go-live support.
  • Provide support for incident management and handle Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support to resolve the system issues.
  • Apply ERP knowledge to design scalable end-to-end solutions
  • Assist in project management tasks, including progress tracking, issue resolution, and change management.
  • Deliver user training sessions and support knowledge transfer activities.
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements and financial process optimization.
