Infrata is a globally operating consultancy advising private investors (including industry sponsors, investment funds, banks and bond investors) on demand, commercial, technical and ESG aspects of large and complex infrastructure projects.

Infrata is looking to appoint a Senior Consultant to join its Madrid-based team. The successful candidate will advise lenders, sponsors, and investors throughout the entire lifecycle of concession-based infrastructure projects, with a strong emphasis on technical due diligence. The role will involve participation in both greenfield tender processes and secondary market- M&A transactions (on both buy-side and sell-side), as well as providing technical advisory support to operational assets. Assignments will span a range of transport infrastructure sectors, primarily highways, railways, and other PPP/concession projects.
