Essential Skills Job

To qualify for the role, candidate must have:

  • Over 6+ years HFM/EPM FCCS experience in the areas of administration, design, analysis, development, and Support of applications in various domains and products related to FCCS.
  • At least 5 years’ experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), and/or Financial Data Quality Management
  • At least 5 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users.
  • Should have Implemented projects with Oracle FCCS (Financial Cloud and Consolidation Service) and developed artifacts starting from Metadata creation/updates, setting up Ownership module, catering to Intercompany eliminations in FCCS, designing web forms and data grids, creating validation accounts, Data locking.
  • Must have complete project lifecycle experience in a Financial Consolidation Projects.
  • Must have Hands on Experience with FCCS.
  • Ability to write FCCS Business Rules, develop data forms, financial reports based on client requirements.
  • Must be able to articulate the consolidation process in FCCS.
  • Familiar with Intercompany Transactions and Currency Translations.
  • Good experience with FCCS Application Build, Metadata Load and Data Load.
  • Experience with Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) and/or Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) is a plus.
  • Must be able to work independently to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues prior to their occurrence.
  • Strong skills across MS word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office and other collaboration and unified communication tools.
  • Should be open to adopt new technologies.
  • Having Cloud Certification is an added advantage - Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close 2020 Implementation Essentials (1Z0-1081-20)

  • Must have excellent experience in Oracle EPM applications. Good to have prior HFM experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of Oracle EPM (Preferable - ARCS and PBCS) functional and technical experience.
  • Well-versed in Cloud Applications, EPM Suite [ EPBCS, PBCS, ARCS], EPM Automate, SmartView’s and FRs reporting.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident / Problem / Change / Availability Management)
  • Should be flexible to work for long hours to overlap with the EST, CST and PST working hours.
  • Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Should have positive attitude. 
  • Good to Have - Experience in HFR and FDMEE/DM Working Knowledge on Hyperion Planning and Essbase Working Knowledge on SQL Scripting. Good Knowledge on BI Publisher.
  • MBA Finance or Candidate with good finance domain background is a Plus.
  • Oracle Cloud Certifications in Cloud EPM work stream is a Plus.
