Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in consulting, advisory, or operational leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success delivering work in mid-market and owner-managed business environments
  • Proven ability to lead engagements independently and manage senior client stakeholders
  • Strong communication and executive presence, including the ability to simplify complex situations and drive decisions
  • Experience leading teams and directly coaching junior-to-mid level resources
  • Strong operational improvement capability: process redesign, cost efficiency, performance improvement, role clarity, accountability systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience across a range of enterprise and operational technologies including ERP systems, CRM platforms, workflow management tools, and reporting/analytics platforms
  • Experience supporting system implementation and operational enablement initiatives
