Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative Senior Content Creator with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can generate strong creative ideas, develop compelling content concepts, and lead the execution of high-quality social media and blog content.
While the position is primarily remote, the candidate must be based in Cairo, as occasional on-site presence is required during shooting sessions to provide creative direction and ensure content quality.
- Lead the end-to-end content strategy and execution across website, blog, social media, Reels, and TikTok, including ideation, concepts, scripts, hooks, storylines, and shot directions.
- Own content planning and calendar management, developing monthly content schedules and campaign ideas aligned with marketing goals.
- Provide clear creative direction and production oversight to designers, videographers, and editors, ensuring high-quality output across all formats.
- Oversee content production on-site shoots in Cairo, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence (no filming required).
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone of voice, SEO best practices, and Google Ads standards to drive visibility and performance.
- Produce and edit high-quality scripts, captions, and blog concepts in Arabic and English, maintaining clarity, engagement, and brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and performance teams while identifying and applying relevant trends, formats, and platform updates to maximize impact.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in content creation, social media, or creative strategy.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative concepts for Reels, TikTok, and short-form content.
- Expertise in storytelling, including content pacing, hooks, and trend-driven formats.
- Cairo-based and available for occasional on-site shoots to provide creative direction.
- Excellent writing skills for scripts, captions, and blog content, both in Arabic & English.
- Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear, actionable briefs for creative teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience guiding designers, videographers, and editors.
Nice To Have
- Experience in scriptwriting for short-form or campaign content.
- Familiarity with social media analytics to optimize content strategy.
- Background in creative direction, brand storytelling, or integrated campaigns.

Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Contract Type: Part-time, with a potentiality to turn into a full-time
Location: Fully Remote—Except for on-site shooting sessions (once monthly or bimonthly)
