Senior Content Editor

About the Role

Thriveworks is seeking a Senior Editor with deep experience in digital, consumer-facing health content to lead the editorial quality and day-to-day operations of our mental health content program.

This role is equal parts editorial excellence and content operations leadership . You will oversee a high-volume, digital-first publishing engine—ensuring content is accurate, empathetic, accessible, and discoverable—while keeping production moving smoothly across a complex editorial workflow.

We publish mental health content for people making real healthcare decisions, often during vulnerable moments. This role requires someone who can translate clinical complexity into clear, human language without sacrificing rigor, trust, or authority —and who has proven experience doing this at scale .
