Role Summary:

We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager with 5+ years of experience in digital and social-first environments. This role demands both conceptual and executional expertise across platforms, with an ability to uphold brand voice and deliver copy that connects, performs, and converts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop platform-specific content ideas and campaign narratives for social and digital platforms
  • Visualise and brief creative formats in collaboration with design teams
  • Uphold and evolve brand voice across all content assets
  • Write high-performing short- and long-form copy for digital campaigns, reels, posts, and emailers
  • Conduct in-depth copy checks and ensure quality control of outgoing content
  • Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams for brief alignment and feedback incorporation
  • Stay on top of digital trends, platform updates, and consumer behaviour to inform content direction


Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in content writing/copy for digital, social media, or integrated marketing
  • Excellent grasp of digital-first storytelling and brand language
  • Eye for detail and a strong understanding of grammar, tone, and copyflow
  • Ability to independently manage content projects and client conversations
  • Prior agency experience preferred
  • Experience in the Corporate and Healthcare will be preferred
