Job Purpose

The Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer leads enterprise-wide initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality across TCP. Utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other proven methodologies, the role drives process optimization efforts in production, supply chain, and business support functions. This includes identifying and resolving inefficiencies, minimizing process variation, streamlining workflows, and supporting automation or digital transformation efforts. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role ensures alignment of improvement initiatives with strategic business goals, enhances customer satisfaction, and fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
